The transportation of artwork is under the direct management of ArtRewards, in coordination with the artist.

• Packaging: All pieces of art will be dispatched using a premium carrier, with utmost care taken to ensure that they are safely secured and insured during transportation.
• Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will be furnished with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your order’s progress in real-time until its delivery.
• Delay: It is estimated that the majority of packages are delivered globally within a period of one to three weeks.
• Customs not included: It is important to note that the indicated price does not encompass any associated customs fees. While a number of countries may not levy an import tax on original artworks, a reduced value-added tax (VAT) may still be applicable. Customs fees, if applicable, will be assessed upon arrival and billed separately by the carrier.
