Daniel Heinz
Daniel Heinz is a Leipzig-based painter whose work explores a primal urge to connect with animals as autonomous beings. Trained in glass and porcelain painting, he developed a layered precision that shapes his visual language. Today, he merges this craftsmanship with expressive gestures, creating works where control meets spontaneity. His paintings evoke a quiet presence, balancing movement and stillness beyond symbolism or decoration.

Trained as a glass and porcelain painter in Germany, Daniel Heinz developed a strong foundation in traditional craftsmanship and material sensitivity. This education shaped his understanding of precision, layering, and surface—elements that continue to influence his contemporary painting practice.

Juror at the 12th Geoje International Art Festival (2026), South Korea. Recipient of the Encouragement Award at the International Contemporary Art Fair (ICAF) 2025, South Korea. Participant in the Luxembourg Art Prize 2025.

Regularly exhibited at the Haegeumgang Theme Museum, South Korea (since 2023). Works held in private collections in Germany, Switzerland, France, the United States (New York), and South Korea. Selected works are part of institutional and hospitality collections, including Bistum Augsburg and Hotel Cuxglamping.
