Once you receive your artwork, you have seven (7) days to think about keeping the work or returning it on its original condition for a refund.
Please communicate with us.
If you do not notify us of your intention to return the work within seven days of receipt or do not ship the work within seven days of informing us, we will NOT refund.
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work.
Please send us an email to give us your order information and the reason for desiring to return the artwork.
Repackage the artwork; you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to us.
Please email us to complete the refund process.
Once we received the artwork, we will process your refund to your source of payment.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged.
Please contact us to give us and inform us about the situation.
Take photos of the damage. And send us the pictures.
We will contact you to discuss the next steps.
