PROHIBITED CONTENT

ArtRewards is committed to providing a comprehensive and inclusive platform designed for artists of all levels, enabling them to display and sell their artwork. However, we maintain the authority to assess and potentially reject any image that may be deemed unacceptable. This determination may be based on various legal grounds, including, but not limited to, violations of copyright laws, trademark concerns, or other intellectual property infringements. Each image that raises concerns will be examined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific context and details surrounding the potential issue. Our goal is to uphold legal standards while fostering a creative space for artists.

Images and content that will be deleted immediately are:

• **Racially Offensive Imagery:** Visual content that is deemed racially offensive contributes to the perpetuation of discrimination, bigotry, racism, and associated negative behaviors such as harassment and harm against individuals or groups. Such imagery is prohibited.
• **Image Depictions of Minors:** Any imagery that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation of minors (defined as individuals under the age of 18) is strictly forbidden. It is strongly advised that photographers and artists working within representational frameworks secure signed model release forms, especially for nude poses, to confirm that models are over the age of 18. This serves as a safeguard should the legality of the images be questioned. ArtRewards reserves the authority to remove any content that may contravene regulations intended to protect minors or that appears to endorse illegal activities against them.
• **Legal Compliance:** Visual content that contravenes or advocates for actions that violate applicable laws or regulations will not be permitted.
• **Misleading Content:** Any images or information that are fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive are prohibited.
• **Defamatory or Offensive Content:** Content that is slanderous, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or otherwise offensive will not be accepted.
• **Violence and Threats:** Any imagery or text that is deemed violent or threatening, or that promotes violence or poses a threat to individuals, is strictly outlawed.
• **Advocacy of Illegal Activities:** Images and text that promote illegal activities or harmful products or substances are explicitly forbidden.
• **Enforcement and Compliance:** In the event of a violation of these terms, ArtRewards reserves the right to suspend or deactivate your account, or terminate these agreements at its sole discretion and without prior notification.
• **Access Revocation:** ArtRewards retains the discretion to revoke your access to and utilization of the Services, ArtRewards Content, and Member Content at any time.
