By registering, artists confirm their acceptance of ArtRewards's Copyright Policy, and we strongly recommend a thorough review of this policy. 

When submitting artwork for inclusion in the ArtRewards community, you agree to the following terms regarding intellectual property usage: 

• You will only upload original works created by you that are intended for sale. 
• You confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights or permissions for any references used in the creation of your original artwork. 
• ArtRewards reserves the right to disable or terminate the accounts of users who demonstrate a pattern of copyright infringement or persistent allegations of violating others' intellectual property rights, at its discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

The transaction of an original artwork through ArtRewards's platform does not grant the purchaser any intellectual property rights associated with the artwork, whether physical or digital. ArtRewards does not facilitate the transfer of copyright or any related intellectual property rights for the works sold on our platform. Therefore, acquiring a piece of artwork as a collector does not authorize any commercial exploitation of the artwork in one's possession.
