Shadi Alzaqzouq
Shadi Alzaqzouq is a Palestinian visual artist, born in 1981 in Benghazi, Libya. In 2007, he was awarded an artist residency at la Cité Internationale des arts in Paris where now he lives and works. His artworks reflects his dual identity and experience in exile, blending realism with symbolic satire to address contemporary issues of identity, religion, politics, and diaspora.Alzaqzouq has gained significant international recognition, with solo exhibitions held in France and abroad. 

• (2000-2002)  Diploma in Classical Music from the Palestinian Technical College in Deir al-Balah, Gaza. • (2009)  Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, Paris VIII University, France. • (2023-2024)  National Higher Diploma in Visual Expression, European School of Art in Bretagne, Lorient, France.
