As a teenager, Michel wanted to go to art school, but that wasn't what his dad had in mind. It ended up being math and science. As soon as Michel started working, he enrolled in art school. He was 21 at the time. Meanwhile, 36 years have passed, and his work has grown from drawing, to painting and finally into artistic photography, where Michel draws with light and shadow. The influences of art school can still be seen in his work.
