Manon Germain
Manon is a realist painter whose work explores the delicate boundary between reality and illusion. Fascinated by light, transparency and reflections, she creates her own compositions, transforming glass, flowers and everyday objects into poetic and mysterious scenes. Working in oil with grisaille and transparent glazes, she builds luminosity and depth layer by layer. Her aim is not to reproduce a photograph, but to make the viewer feel the presence of a captured moment.
