Krister Flodin

Stockholm-based artist Krister Flodin spent two decades at the forefront of global commercial imagery, producing award-winning work for clients including Adobe, the Financial Times, and Forbes. This background in high-stakes visual communication forms the foundation of his current art practice. His work has been recognized by Communication Arts and Creative Review, and most recently, selected for the prestigious Liljevalchs vårsalong 2026. Operating from a studio outside Stockholm, Krister utilizes classical techniques such as glazing and underpainting to execute contemporary, minimalist compositions that challenge how we perceive the everyday objects and figures that surround us.
