Carolina Albarrán

Carolina Albarrán is a Chilean visual artist and illustrator whose practice intertwines painting, illustration, and mixed media to construct narratives around identity, memory, and territory. Born in Sweden within the context of the Chilean diaspora, her work emerges from experiences of migration, travel, and “desexile.” Trained in graphic design and illustration, she moves between digital processes and the materiality of oil painting, watercolor, and collage, creating intimate images where inner landscapes, memory, and displacement coexist.
