Alice d'Apolito, aka Lice-works is a multidisciplinary Italian artist currently residing in Leeds, UK. In d'Apolito artistic pursuit, she intertwines the realms of reality and dreams, conceiving each panel as a perpetual journey of creation. Her oeuvre predominantly assumes an autobiographical narrative, delving into the depths of emotions, dreams, childhood recollections, and reflections on contemporary issues.
Her works bear witness to the precision of clean lines, vibrant colour blocks, and the hauntingly pale countenances that grace the expansive surfaces.
Alice is a self-taught painter and illustrator and has a background in animation.
