Aldo Claudio Medorini
Aldo Claudio Medorini was born in Lipari, in the Aeolian Islands, in 1954.In 1974, at just 19 years old, he held his first solo exhibition at the prestigious Palazzo dei Priori in Perugia.He participated in numerous exhibitions and art shows, as well as biennials, alongsideimportant artists such as Marroni, Bacosi, Burri, Dottori, and Orfei. In 2012, Medorini, invited to exhibit along side Giuseppe Menozzi and Alexander Kanevsky in a major exhibition in Spoleto, developed a personal language that represented him in a unique and original way, and gave rise to a pictorial movement, "Nautismo."

In November 2025 exhibits the new *Nautismo EVO* series of works at the Satura gallery, Pavilion 8, at the Arte Padova fair. The NAutismo EVO portfolio is published by Mondadori in the prestigious ninth volume of *L'Arte in Cucina*.

n 2015, he was in Venice, at Palazzo Zenobio, home of the Biennale. For EXPO 2015, he exhibited in the "Cacao and Chocolate" (food of the gods) pavilion and, again in Milan, for Expo in the city, in Palazzo Giureconsulti. Since 2016, he has been at the Ward Nasse Gallery in SoHo, Manhattan, New York. From 2016 to 2023, he held solo exhibitions in various museums and was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at Brera, Milan. In 2024, the Municipality of Perugia sponsored his 50th anniversary event In November 2025 exhibits the new *Nautismo EVO* series of works at the Satura gallery, Pavilion 8, at the Arte Padova fair.
