Distortion of Information
Light plays a fundamental role in perception, going beyond its simple role of illumination. By playing with camera angles, reflections and blur effects, ACRYMX creates visual representations that challenge our traditional understanding of reality. Each photographic composition becomes a reflection not only of light, but also of the emotions and ideas that accompany it. ACRYMX confronts the viewer with the idea that the photographic image can be manipulated, opening the door to varied interpretations. This process of distorting information questions our relationship with the images we consume on a daily basis.
