About the artist
Alfred Krupa’s (1971-) first public academic confirmation reached its peak in the year 1995 when he successfully completed his MFA in Painting studies at the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Zagreb which was established in 1907 as (in Croatian) Kraljevsko zemaljsko viÅ¡e obrazovaliÅ¡te za umjetnost i umjetni obrt (in English: the Royal College for Arts and Crafts). This esteemed institution has a long-standing reputation for excellence.
Throughout his time at the university, Krupa was fortunate enough to receive guidance and mentorship from highly respected professors, such as Dr. Matko Peić and Nikola Koydl MFA. Koydl is a renowned artist who has exhibited his works at the prestigious Venice Biennale. Krupa’s academic achievements and the advice of his esteemed mentors undoubtedly contributed to his successful career in the arts.

A Proof of Provenance is an official document that establishes the genuine nature of an artwork. Issued by a credible authority, this may be signed directly by the creator, the gallery representing the creator, or the specialist who collaborated with the artist. In cases of traded artworks, authenticated bodies or designated foundations may issue such certifications.
These documents are comprehensive, usually detailing the artist’s name, specifics of the artwork (including title, creation date, materials used, size), and ideally, an image of the art piece itself.
